At Lotus Jeweler, each piece is crafted with precision, care, and exceptional attention to detail.

All orders are produced within up to two (2) weeks after purchase confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and destination. 

Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Lotus Jeweler is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Weather-related disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available for USA domestic. Delivery estimate is between 5 and 8 business days. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Custom Duties and Taxes 

Lotus Jewelers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year warranty on gold jewelry against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

During this 1-year period, customers are also entitled to one free cleaning and inspection service, which may include prong adjustment, polishing, and stone checking.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, bending, or normal wear and tear.

After the 1-year warranty period, or in cases of damage caused by misuse or accidents, we offer repair services at special customer prices, including stone tightening, polishing, and soldering repairs.

To request warranty or repair service, proof of purchase is required.
