Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature and value of fine jewelry, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unworn
• The item is in its original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
Customers must contact Lotus Jeweler before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Returns 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

Quality Assurance

All Lotus Jeweler pieces are made using authentic precious metals and genuine stones. If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will evaluate the case individually and offer a fair resolution.
 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and items on sale.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
